You can choose to have your products shipped directly to any address in the world! Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends), if for any reason there is a delay on your order our friendly customer service team will contact you and discuss options.
As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched from our shop, you will be notified by an email to let you know it's left, we will also provide you with your unique tracking code so you can track your items!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - UK, USA, CANADA, EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD
International orders are shipped using New Zealand Post's International Air Mail service which estimates a 3-10 day period or International Courier 1-6 days.
Additional Charges on Overseas Orders - All countries have their own custom regulations so we can not be responsible for import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a customs issue or delivery failure. We will not be liable to refund the item or delivery charges. We will cover the cost of the items to be redelivered to the sender if they are based in New Zealand.
Please note we can not send any items which have magnets or batteries overseas as these are prohibited for export from NZ.
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers & PO Boxes.
It is vital to the smooth running of the order process that you enter the correct delivery address. If there is any client error in the address, re-delivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge. It is your responsibility to swiftly advise Coconut Gallery if an order is not delivered when expected. Coconut Gallery will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
