We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer care & high-quality products. We want our customers to be 100% happy with each purchase.

Online purchases: Please note we DO NOT refund for change of mind so choose wisely.

Faulty goods: If you have any issues with your online or in store purchase please get in touch.

Email with a photo of the faulty item along with your phone number. We will be in touch to sort the issue for you.

In Store:

Please return any faulty goods to one of our stores in Orewa, Matakana, Warkworth or Tairua with garment labels in place.

We will repair or replace any faulty goods or give a store credit towards another purchase. 

Leave your name, phone number and bank account number for any refunds. 

We DO NOT give cash refunds. Any refunds for faulty goods will be made bank to bank.
